OK => xmlns="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/"

Not work => xmlns:rss="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
http://www.lescomplexes.com/v1.1/collections/col_pouloeuf1_1/pouloeuf/flux/book.xml is not RSS 1.0 - it declares the prefix "rss" for RSS 1.0, and then has elements with the same names as RSS 1.0 elements, with no prefix, so since there's no namespace declared for the default namespace, they are in no namespace, and thus are not RSS 1.0 elements.

http://dev.philringnalda.com/temp/book.xml is the same content (minus the content of the <description>, since it's not very germane, but RSS 1.0 does not allow escaped HTML in <description>, only in <content:encoded>) but with the declared prefix actually used, and it works just fine in both trunk and 2.0 builds, as a preview and a Live Bookmark.
