Details

The event view should be using date_default_timezone_set() before calculating any times on the page. This will need to be set four times: once to convert the event time to UTC for dtstart/end, once to convert to the event's stored zone for user display, once to set comment times to the timezone of the user viewing them and finally back to the server's default zone.
