The concept behind grippies is that they are collapsed toolbars; they should
therefore retain their colour when collapsed. Currently all grippies when
collapsed display their collapsed widget and a WHITE horizontal space on moz.
This seems inconsistant. Blue toolbars should, when collapsed display a thin
blue bar, grey should display a thin grey bar etc...
confirming using 2000060820 nightly build. sounds like an easy fix to me

Except that when you collapse more than one bar, they share the same space. You
get two grippies in one bar, not two bars. Which color wins? As it stands, the
grippy retains its color so you can tell them apart, but the bar is neutral.
You could argue for something other than white, but not retaining the color of
the expanded bar.
