As suggested in comment #5 on Bug 420390, the download page tables should have a summary attribute to describe the contents.

something like:

<table class="downloads dalvay-table" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" summary="Firefox versions available for download">
This patch fixes the bug, but I don't want to commit it right before ff3 launches since the string won't be localized.
