Cancelling windows security warning spawns useless "launch application" dialogue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download an unsigned executable
2. Double-click on it in Download Manager
3. When Windows opens its "Open File - Security Warning" dialogue, cancel it or close it
Actual Results:
Minefield opens a useless "Launch Application" dialogue, saying that "file" links need an application and should this link be opened with "file" application or not.

Expected Results:
Nothing :)
Product: Firefox → Toolkit
sorry i must suggest the severity of this be raised.

this occured to someone on a forum i frequent, as useless as the dialog is it can be very dangerous with only a few wrong clicks breaking windows.

whether this is a bug in windows strikes me as irrelevent, firefox should aim to blacklist exe files from being able to trigger this window.
Probably, this was fixed by bug 464194.
