Bug #297080 changes the widget code on each of the major platforms to classify NS_MOUSE_EXIT events as either top level window exits or child widget/window crossings. I'm not able to compile or test changes for OS/2, so filing this bug to remind someone that this code needs a little love.

Rich, you are the specialist to judge whether changes are needed for OS/2 or (since this is a long standing bug) are already made (then you may resolve the bug)

This should fix some of the oddities that are reported occasionally about things popping up when they shouldn't - or failing to disappear when they should.
