Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.informationweek.com/shared/printableArticle.jhtml?articleID=206504325
2. select File _> Print Preview
3. Press Print Button
Actual Results:  
crash

Expected Results:  
a print
I also tried this in safe mode, with the same results.
Please type about:crashes and provide the crash id from such a submitted crash report.

bug 423345 has same signature [nsPrintEngine::SetupToPrintContent()] and was fixed on 20080319
