Expected:
- Search bar at top right of page

Actual:
- Search bar pushed down under banner and appears on left hand side in he wrong place

This may be a dupe of bug 424301

FWIW, the first patch in bug 414558 fixes the testcase, which means this
bug might be invalid (bug 414558 comment 20).

It is reproducible using test case from comment# 1. Unlike chrome and Edge, "test" is displayed below "alt image test" in Firefox.
