Details

Loading the site, notice that the throbber is still active. After a few seconds,
the page reflows, and wide black cellpaddings appear.

Probably HTML Tables, going to testcase this before moving (in case this is a dupe).

As with bug 43071 this effect is caused by a small image (blank.gif) in the 
black table cells being broken and text ("blank") being inserted in its place.

The text can be seen by highlighting with the mouse.
