If you could post output of EnumProcess when running BitDefender, that'd be very helpful. http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=14919&forumId=3
Ready for review - the second screenshot is a little busy; I can re-make it if you all think it's necessary.

Yeah, not only is it busy; it causes a horizontal scrollbar at 1024x768. We don't want that. Other than that, just some small stuff: - tag Start as a button - there's a lot of "reverse UI instructions", which we want to avoid. Reverse UI instructions is basically telling the user what to click on, before telling them where it can be found. Good: At the bottom of the BitDefender Security Center window, click the Settings link. Bad: Click the Settings link at the bottom of the BitDefender Security Center window. - if the Firefox item is displayed as "firefox.exe", that's what you should call it.
