Details

Some German dictionaries have invalid target locales (de-DE-comb and de-DE-alt), those are not valid locales and should be shortened to de-DE after 3.2 goes live and the UI for this is available in the DevCP.

Not by me, but it seems like it; at least no invalid locale names show up anymore on the page.
