425613 - Sorting should have gray ^v combined arrows for all unsorted fields

the: 	 Resolution  	 TargetM  	 columns have no blank space to click on. this is unfair.

instead all sortable columns that aren't being sorted should have an indeterminate arrow:

^
v

that's the same height as ^ or v but which is gray instead of black and which is clickable just like ^ or v

The sorttable code is from http://www.kryogenix.org/code/browser/sorttable/. I guess we're going to fork it for changes?

Rearranging this component to not have me as the default assignee, so that it doesn't appear like I'm intending to work on bugs that other people could be taking care of if they didn't think I was already doing them.  If this bug is a software issue on b.m.o and you'd like to fix it, the modified source is now available for the patching (see bug 373688).  Reassigning to the new default owner.

Can't we sort any column of a bug list by clicking the column title? If we can, then the absence of both ▲ and ▼ already means the column can be sorted but is not sorted at the moment, and I don't see what adding some double-triangle would "enhance". Timeless, I know you have left Mozilla since you reported this bug, yet maybe you have a counter-argument?
