can you confirm that you will ship with en-US defaults for mailto and webcal or do you have other local suggestions?
if local then we need to move quickly to gain their permission and add them

here are the current en-US defaults
mailto: gmail, yahoo!
webcal: google calendar, yahoo!, 30boxes
Confirming en-US defaults for sk -> fixed for now.
