My OS : Linux SLES9 
Firefox often can not delete its parent lock file.
Some times it succeeded, but I am sure it can not do the deletion when the standard logout scenario kills all the running processes.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox
2. logout from the computer
3. restart computer -> it restart firefox -> it reports .. already running but not responding
Actual Results:  
The browser can not be started
I have to remove the parent lock file ( I have made a script for it.
So the the browser can start

Expected Results:  
Check the running processes like 
ps does. and remove/neglect the parentlock file
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
