I've set my gnome to always show text besides icons, rather than under icons, in toolbars.

This setting is not accepted på Firefox, which shows text under all icons in the navigation toolbar.

Gnome also, with this setting, only shows text for the most important buttons. For firefox that would be perhaps only the Back button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set text besides icons in the "File Management" preferences (nautilus-file-management-properties)
2. Set show Show icons and text, in the toolbar configuration dialog (This step probably shouldn't even be nessesary, as "File Management" dialog specifies this as well.
Actual Results:
Text is put under the icons, and for all buttons

Expected Results:
Text is put next to the buttons, and only to the most important
