Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008030607 Minefield/3.0b5pre

When the css attribute "position:fixed" is used in FF 3.0 in the extensions, it is not rendering properly. See the attached web page. Because of this, extensions like Google Notebook, Dictionary tooltip etc are not working in Firefox 3.0.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
<vbox style="position:fixed;left:10px;top:10px;width:100px;height:100px">
<iframe style="width:100px;height:100px" src="http://www.google.com"/>
</vbox>

Keep this code in an extension. It will result in an error in Firefox 3.0. It works in Firefox 2.0.
