427241 - Add css class to the body to include the resolution as well as the status

Currently bugs have the status as part of the body classes like this: 

bz_status_RESOLVED

I was requested to also include the resolution so that skinners can add some ambient info. For example a a won't fix resolution could be one color and an invalid would be another etc.

Since this requires updating all the edit bug pages this will require me working on this for longer than just 5 minutes but should be done soon.

*Please* centralize all of the show_bug header stuff somewhere--having to maintain all of these edits is ridiculous. (We have a bug for that, I think.)

We are going to branch for Bugzilla 4.4 next week and this bug is too invasive or too risky to be accepted for 4.4 at this point. The target milestone is set to 5.0 which is our next major release.

I ask the assignee to reassign the bug to the default assignee if you don't plan to work on this bug in the near future, to make it clearer which bugs should be fixed by someone else on time for 5.0.
