considerations for any local providers of mailto or webcal to land post RC1. any ideas? here's what i've found for mailto: webmail.dutch.nl not sure if they are legitimate or not.

webmail.dutch.nl is a webmail service from a small hosting provider 

big ones in nl are webmail.planet.nl / webmail.xs4all / https://www.chello.com/Home/Webmail/nl_NL_upclive/

and gmail / hotmail are also used by a lot of people

We can close this bug if you are happy with the mailto and webcal protocol handlers for nl.  Looks like you have mailto set to Gmail and Yahoo mail.  Webcal is set to 30boxes.  Does that seem good?
