search date picker should be limited by oldest crash report and newest crash report

arguably the date picker in http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/ should only offer me dates that make sense searching jan 2022 doesn't make sense, since there shouldn't be any crashes from there note: being able to know that there are no crashes in the database between 1 week ago and today would be good, but it's probably a good idea to let the user forcibly search up until today, so there are three colors: white: no reports (before oldest report) yellow: reports gray: no reports (after newest report) white: no reports (after today) the arrows shouldn't take you beyond the yellow/gray segment, however the text input itself should only sanitize against valid dates, not pickable dates, to enable people to run queries that include the distant past or near future if they're so inclined.
