427956 - xul:tree atk implementaion clean up

spun off the bug 424656.

1) rename getFirstVisibleColumn/getNextVisibleColumn because methods returns those columns which has rendered associated cells (hidecolumn attribute, like in thunderbird folder tree or library tree)
2) we shouldn't expose accessible for treecolumns if it doesn't contain any visible column.
3) we shouldn't broke the accessible tree for xul:tree if xul:tree contains foreign elements (since they are rendered and works)

Bringing this one back to the table. Surkov I plan to land fix for bug 427841 on mozilla-central shortly, maybe you can get to work on this sometime soon?

Marco, please land that fix, once you will do it I'll start to work on this.

I don't think I will be working on it anytime soon. It doesn't look a high priority for us.
