User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008040816 Firefox/3.0b4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008040816 Firefox/3.0b4

I have set all Header and Footer settings to --blank--, but when I print a page using the JavaScript window.print() function my settings are ignored. So I have to set the settings to --blank-- manually each time I use window.print(). when I print a page with Ctrl-P I don't have this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure you have set all Header and Footer options in the printing dialog to --blank--
2. open a page with onload="window.print();" in the body tag.
3. the printing dialog will open, check the 'Options' tag.
Actual Results:
In the automatically opened printing dialog the Header and Footer settings are not all --blank--.

Expected Results:
In the automatically opened printing dialog the Header and Footer settings should all be --blank--

I experience this bug with both FF 3.0 b4 and b5 on Ubuntu (7.10 and 8.04 beta).
