Power failure during download of messages caused all messages in the inbox to disappear.  There are now two default profiles one without a mailbox or anything relating to mail in the jsperfs.   Articles indicate that this is a reoccurring problem but most articles report mail can be retrieved.  All attempts as outlined in the articles have failed.  Any new suggestions?
