After going full screen when firefox is not maximized, the side of the screen messes up, and after returning from full screen, the screen is still messed up

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make firefox Restored as in not maximized
2. Press f11 to make full screen
3. Look at side of firefox and notice that side of it is non full screen
Actual Results:
side of firefox went weird as non full screen

Expected Results:
Went full screen normally

Here is picture of what it looks like http://img245.imageshack.us/img245/989/04222008215659ve6.png and http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/4105/04222008220125fa7.png First one is full screen with messed up side, second screenshot is after pressing F11 to return to normal mode, OS: Windows XP Professional. its very annoying
Got the same problem.
I run the same OS, and Firefox goes weird after "coming back" from full screen mode (F11). The taskbar is visible but blocked, and on the right and bottom there's a border of a few pixels wide. I can just make out it's the way Firefox is supposed to be (there are no other programs running, so it has to be). And there is no window to speak of, no edges or top bar. Going back into full screen mode doesn't solve the window problem, and the taskbar stays visible.
The problem is reproducable and I can provide screenshots if necessary.
I have a 10" screen and working full screen is kind of a necessity.
Same problems as above. This is with 3.5.4. It occurs on three machines with XP, SP3; and with one machine with Vista, SP1
I use my FireFox (3.5.5) on XPSP3 in monitor sized window (1280*1024), but not maximized window. So I can resize my FF window if I can. (My FF window starts at top left corner of the screen at 0,0 position, and ends at 1279,1023)
And my Windows taskbar is in auto-hide mode.

If I go to fullscreen (F11) and then back to normal with F11 again, the taskbar is unlively, and FF titlebar disappeared, and on the right side of the screen there is a 3-5pixel size rubbish.
I can retrieve my taskbar and titlebar (for example) if swith to another window (with Alt-Tab) or made FF to open a new window (eg. PageSource with Ctrl-U) and then back to my FF window.

But if I want to avoid this problem I just have to resize my FF window with 1 pixel lower (shorter), to start from 2nd pixel row of the screen (1,0).

Yes, in this case I lose 1 pixelrow at the top of the screen, but my F11 problem is disappear as well.
And I know this is only a trick, not a real solution.

(Sorry about my english)

ps: if i use maximized (not resizeable) FF window, the problem doesn't occur.
Attached image only top left corner
now attached only top left corner of the screen, when the bug doesn't occur on my PC/FF

The problem (and the solution) is the same in FF 3.6.10 (as I wrote in 2009-11-07 01:16:57 PST)
Little mistake: FF 3.6.9 is the newest version what I can download, and I tested.
