Javascript to Java communication via liveconnect seems to be broken in FF 3 beta 5.  If you visit the test URL above, you should be able to change the color of the applet via clicking on the HTML buttons on the left.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://developer.apple.com/internet/safari/samples/ColorBlockApplet.html
2. Click on the "Paint the Box Red" button
3. The box does not turn red
