Details

While at MIT, I typed in "wikipedia.com" into the browser.  MITs WIFI registration page came up.  

I logged in and was promptly redirected to "wikipedia.org".  

Since then, when I type in wikipedia.com into the url, I continue to see the "Welcome to MIT Network Registration" as the page title for the wikipedia.com entry.

I believe this is because "wikipedia.com" redirects to "wikipedia.org" without ever having a document title.
