Right now, users see that the button changes its color, we should say why it does, so users have real knowledge about the Web site they are visiting.

This would be done only _one_ time per color. For example, if two sites with a green button are visited, only the first time is opened.

Unless we add a more global "help" system I also agree doesn't make sense to special case this.
