Looks like production-master got hit with the read-only bug. Investigating/fixing now.
/var and /builds are read-only on production-master. This machine doesn't have the updated kernel (running 2.6.18-8.el5 currently).

I've upgraded the kernel, and restarted the masters & slaves - everything looks OK now.
