Existing <Current View> option (Show Tasks in Caledrar) is not enough. As for me, when 2 or 3 Tasks are showed, calendar looks not nice.

Such menu structure is required I think:

<Current View> - <Show Tasks>:

 - From Start to End (existing view)
 - Only Start
 - Only End
 - Start & End

Reproducible: Always

Don't know if there was a conclusion on how to fix this feature and if this matches your request. Or if this feature should be removed.

As I understood it's impossible now to create task without start date.
May be using bages conseption is possible here? (http://wiki.mozilla.org/Calendar:View_Switch_Toolbar) It is much better I think to show start & end of tasks like bages.

As for Tasks without End date maybe it's possible to use smth. like this (see attached picture).wiki

It is possible. They will correctly show up in Today Pane and Task Mode.

We have a task view now, I think this bug is obsolete. Please reopen if you'd like to restate your proposal.
