On the righthand side you'll see a floating DIV. On the left there is a table with many rows offering links to news articles. When scrolling down using the keyboard, with either PageDn or down arrow, you will see table rows getting drawn on top of one another. A reload will fix the problem.

This appears to be a Firefox bug because it doesn't happen with Opera or Safari for Windows.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to site
2. Use PageDn or down arrow to go to bottom of page.
3. You will sometimes see table rows drawn on top of one another.

Each table row has within it several table cells, one of which has a table
inside of it. Previously I had a DIV inside of the cell. In each case, the page
is not rendered properly: although IE, Opera, and Safari have no problem
rendering it.
