When we import csv/tab/ldif files, if an error occurs, the message we give is unhelpful:

An error occurred importing addresses from Text file (LDIF, .tab,
.csv, .txt).
Error importing address book addresses, all addresses may not
have been imported.

We should try to give more information, e.g. if a single quotes occurred on a line/in a field, was this line correctly generated, and if so what is the line number.
