One filter will not delete. It comes from this address ollstock@LVTRANS.CZ.
I've created other filters from other addresses and they all delete as expected, however this guy won't go away despite numerous attempts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.highlight address go create filter
2.create filter to trash
3.go to filter create window, disable filter, highlight, press delete, answer OK

(Q1) After "press delete" & before "answer OK", the filter rule disappeared? Or remained?
(Q2) Do you mean that above operation 3. worked well for all other filter rules and that it didn't work only when rule for ollstock@LVTRANS.CZ (or only when last rule)?
(Q3) What will happen when "Click 'Delete' button in Message Filter panel" instead of "press deleted"?

Q1 The filter rule remained.
Q2That's exactly what I meant.
Q3Neither delete method works. Pressing Delete on the keyboard has no effect at all.

(Q5) What is the version of Tb? (Help/About Mozilla Thunderbird)
(Q6) What happens when "Click of 'Delete' button(below 'New'/'Edit' button)?
     Error message is issued in Error Console?
(Q7) Do you use non-standard Theme/non-standard Add-on(Extension)?
(Q8) Can problem re-produced with safe-mode of Tb? (thunderbird.exe -safe-mode)?
(Q9) Message filter is saved in msgFilterRules.dat under Mail dorectory.
     Can you attach the msgFilterRules.dat file to this bug?
     (via "Add an attachment" link)  

Note: "delete" key is not binded to "delete a filter rule" yet by standard Tb.
      (Both Tb 2 & Trunk. Bug for the enhancement is probably already opened.) 
      But you say "delete key works well on all other rules".
      So I guess you use add-on.
      Check standard delete BUTTON's behavior first, please. 
Today I went and applied the delete filter as normal, and it deleted. Voodoo?
