Need to add a slider to rotate through recommended add-ons on landing pages.

Motion on this page might end up being more distracting, and auto-sliding can leads to a frustrating "hey, I wanted to click that thing and it vanished!"

I'd prefer:
 - randomly rotating the one(s) that show on page load
 - making the slider controls nice and obvious

The slider from the home page (bug 432669) should be portable to landing pages without too much trouble, but layout changes from the new category list (bug 432665) and bug 432670 probably need to happen before this same slider fits on the page.

I got an "unst unst unst" from Laura, which may have been a yes on r? - or just a fine club remix beat from OSCON.  Adding morgamic r? for backup.
