If you alter small icon status via 'Customise...' or 'Toolbar Properties' they do not update the status in the other one, and vice versa.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on toolbar, select customise...
2.Select small icons checkbox
3.Richt click on toolbar, select Toolbar Properties, and small icons
Actual Results:
The toolbar remains on small icons

Expected Results:
The toolbar should therefore revert to large icons
I tried to reproduce this, but I don't understand your Step 3. I see no option "Toolbar Properties".
