Here are my Group Parameters Set Up:

Use Entry Group Default: On
Strict Isolation: On
Everything Else: Off

Product Setup:

Product A:
Group A: Mandatory/Mandatory, Entry -> automatically inherited by editbugs
Group B: Mandatory/Mandatory, Entry -> automatically inherited by editbugs

Situation:
None of the Group A members nor Group B can enter a bug, the product vanishes when using enter_bug. Also when manually accessing a bug that belongs to that product it returns the error message, You are not authorized to access bug #####.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Yeah, actually, that's correct behaviour. As the bottom of the access control edit page says, you need to be in *all* groups something is restricted to in order to access it.

So create a group GroupC, and make it inherit GroupA and GroupB. Then, restrict the product to GroupC *only*.
