in the htaccess of http://crcagnes.free.fr, I have a link between http://crcagnes.free.fr/spip/?les-sorties-de-mai-2008 and http://crcagnes.free.fr/sorties.html
If I bookmark http://crcagnes.free.fr/sorties.html , the favicon site is ok in my bookmarks but sometimes it disappears and now, I have the favicon of http://www.free.fr

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://crcagnes.free.fr/spip/?les-sorties-de-mai-2008
2. bookmark the page
3. change the property and set http://crcagnes.free.fr/sorties.html instead http://crcagnes.free.fr/spip/?les-sorties-de-mai-2008
4. click on the saved bookmark
5. now, the favicon site is changed
Actual Results:  
favicon site changed

Expected Results:  
keep the favicon

I see indeed that the bookmark gets the default favicon.
I can also reproduce this in a build of 21 May 2007, but not in a branch build.
This seems related to bug 411966, although not the same.

WFM for the current session but after restarting Firefox, the incorrect icon is always here. I have tried to create a new bookmark and the new icon is also lost after retarting Firefox

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
