the buildbot master outputs compiler warnings and causes builds to turn orange even with warnOnWarnings=False in the compile step. A work-around is to pass in a warningPattern='' argument.

note, patch also contains a small diff to the win2k3 mozconfig. Both changes are currently running on moz2 unittest buildbot.
