Details

The chat server (Openfire, chat-support.mozilla.com) needs to be restarted, as it is misbehaving.  The status of the support workgroup is being wrongly detected, and it is due for a restart anyway.  Check in #sumo or #livechat before restaring.
No one can currently open live chat, so this is a blocker

Restarted spark plugin from the admin panel, seems to have worked for now.

There's a pending update, so I'll file that and that will obviously include restarting the server.

They got it working and it doesn't seem a restart is needed.  But they will need an update.  Advised to open a ticket for that so we can get that done!

I guess FIXED since it is fixed...
