When adding a bookmark using the Add Bookmark screen, you can expand the folder tree using the mouse. However you can't expand or collapse folders using the left and right buttons on the keyboard. This makes it a pain when adding bookmarks using the keyboard shortcut, because I can't file it properly using just the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmarks -> Add bookmark, or Ctrl + D
2. Navigate to the folder tree using Tab
Actual Results:  
Can't expand the folder.

Expected Results:  
Should be able to expand folder using the left and right arrow keys

works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.2; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008051806 Minefield/3.0pre ID:2008051806, can you retest with the Firefox 3 RC1 ?

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
