When I'm downloading a file and I press either Ctrl+J or the download icon in the lower window bar the Download Manager window doesn't work, only an 'xml parsing error' text is visible. (downloads.xul, line 86 collumn 1)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl+J ;)
Actual Results:  
An XML error window popped up.

Expected Results:  
The Download Manager should pop up.
Version: unspecified → 3.0 Branch
You probably have a bad extension installed.
Sadly, I can't read polish, but it may be a locale issue too.  Does it work if you run it in safemode?
