434671 - multiple issues with dashboard display of search results for test cases

See the attached snapshot for three issues:

1.  There's no horizontal scrollbar for the "Case Search" tab.
2.  The data underneath the last 3 truncated sub-tabs is not aligned properly.  Note that the data under "Plan" should be under "Rec."
3.  There are at least two layers of overwritten labels/text just to the right of the "Filter" textbox at the bottom of the frame.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Point browser at http://landfill.bugzilla.org/testopia_tip
2.  Select Testopia's "Search" link.
3.  Select "Submit" button.

There have been numerous changes to the Extjs toolkit in the 2.2 version which is now used by Testopia. I don't have a mac to test them on. Is this still an issue?
