435238 - the inbox crashes when i try to read emails

when i open mozilla the inbox starts to read the content but suddenly finish and i try to read a email crash, i already do the compact folder process but i have the same problem, the inbox folder has 2.0gb of space and the hard disk have 15gb of free space. how can i up the disk space to the inbox folder??? it really would help a lot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open thunderbird
2.wait to load inbox
3.click on inbox
4.select a email
5.crash :S
6.disable net
7.open thunderbird
8.compact folders
9.start net
10.click download messages 
11.click a mail to read it
12.crash :'(
Actual Results:  
chrash all times

Expected Results:  
a working aplication

I put the tb in "work without conection" mode and then I compact the inbox, then I put tb in "work with conection" mode and I solve the problem but I want to know if exist any way to delete a mail in the inbox, i mean really delete cause if I press the delete button the mail stays there only marked as deleted and then i have to use the compact folder option but in the microsoft outlook you press Shift + Supr and delete the complete message and in TB exist any option like that?

No option for that to my knowledge.

if you still see the problem, please include crash id and reopen the bug.
