We need to either delete or insert a redirect for this file which is no longer useful.

It was the top result for a search I recently did for something like "mozilla newsgroups" or "mozilla mailing lists" or something of that nature.

If we do not need this, we should get rid of it and put in a redirect.  No one is maintaining this file I assume.
Do we need this text file?  Can we please get rid of it if we do not?
