The Page is not loading. The page status changes to ready, but only a white page is shown.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the browser
2. Insert URL http://suport.microsoft.com/
3. Press Enter.
The link in the URL section works for me, the link in comment 0 does not. Note the different spelling of support. See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Error+loading+web+sites for possible solutions.

It doesn't help. The IE 6.x can load the page without any problems.
If you get a message about an unsupported form of compression, this is a duplicate of Bug 429629.

I don't know, if it's a bug of the Mozilla Firefox. I think the problem is on the webpage support.microsoft.com. Here is the solution or workaround for my problem:

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.10 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
