I had Firefox 2.0 installed and initially downloaded the US English version of Firefox 3.0 and installed it over 2.0. It was only when the download had finished that I saw at the bottom of the page that there was a link to a British English version, so I decided to download and install that instead. When I clicked on the link the expected download window popped up but it was too small; it asked me what I wanted to do with the file but I was unable to select any options or click on OK/Cancel or whatever other buttons may have been there that I couldn't see.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to a page where there is a file to download
2. Click on the link
3. Wait for inadequate pop-up window to appear.
Actual Results:  
As described, the options window is too small

Expected Results:  
I expected to be able to view the contents of the window and thus choose how I wanted Firefox to deal with that file.

This was immediately after upgrading from 2.0 to 3.0.

Please note that this issue is affecting my PC at home, running Vista with SP1.

No, and nothing new installed at the smae time. Was working fine before the upgrade.
