As title. It could be a little 'pin' button near minimize/enlarge/close title buttons (or their corresponding Mac buttons).

You can do this from about:config, just toggle browser.fullscreen.autohide
I don't think there should be a button for this to clutter the ui since it's probably a very small use case. Right now going to about:config seems to be sufficient enough for the very small set of people who really don't want autohide.
