Details

For a given code revision, database and URL, report on and store number of queries run, time per query, any queries that were logged as slow, and how much data in kb was returned from the database.  Allow user to click through to see the explain plan for queries.  (Maybe in the summary highlight which queries are slow, which ones don't use indexes, use filesort, use full table scans, etc etc.
