From what I gather alot of engineers/architects/CAD Junkies like to present
their Designs that are in the AutoCAD DWG Format via web browsers. Internet
Explorer and I believe Netscape already supports the formats. I also don't know
if Mozilla already does or if someone is working on it. However if neither of
these is true, then it should be implemented into Mozilla. This will make a
world class browser amongst architects and the myriad of others who create and
work with the DWG Format.
there is a plugin that handles this in 4.x and should work in mozilla (?) I
think it's called Dr DWG. as far as integration into Mozilla do you have a
patch or the expertise to contribute the code to make this happen? I can set
this as a helpwanted bug and assign it to nobody@mozilla.org until you or
someone else wants to accept the bug and impliment the feature.
