When viewing https://sumo-reskin.authstage.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+is+already+running+but+is+not+responding in IE 6, I don't see <ul> and <li> elements rendered.

Still investigating a solution, I don't think this is blocking a launch though, since only ~2% of our users user IE6[1].  I'll keep hunting down a solution for the next push, but I don't think it's worth repushing to the production branch, especially since <li>'s are still indented properly.

Opinions?  CCing djst to make a call.
