After saving a search folder, if I include a field for which the search string is empty, the search update fails. If I remove that field, the search succeeds.

This might seem minor, but I would like to use a persistent search folder with all the most common fields available for quick entry. But, if I can't leave any blank, then I have to delete the fields I'm not using at the moment, thus defeating the purpose.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do an advanced search.
2. Save to search folder.
3. Do "Properties..." on the search folder.
4. Add a new field to search on; e.g., "body".
5. Leave the search string blank (or make sure there's nothing entered.
6. Hit OK.

Actual Results:
The search matches everything or nothing in the folder.

Expected Results:
The search should match exactly what it matched before.
