marking fixed. This looks like it was taken care of a long time ago.
The keywords have been added. The browser localization product is
for open source localizations which means that netscape's proprietary
localiaztion doesn't belong there. It belongs in bugscape. I suspect
you've figured this out by now.

rs vrfy fixed because bug 89618 had these keywords removed. the localizations
look ok except for one -- i'll ask about bulgarian elsewhere.
